The villa area also includes a studio in a separate pavilion located next to the swimming pool. The studio has a kitchenette, sofa and a shower and is built to serve the area of the pool.

The villa has a large and well-kept garden with a terrace and pergolas surrounding the property including all the equipment required for a holiday: tables, chairs, deck chairs and parasols.

The authentic small village Kastellos is located on a hill with an altitude of 252 meters high, and has beautiful views of the sea and the tourist resort of Georgioupolis. The name of the village comes from the fact that it is built like a castle. Originally the people lived in the lower valley but in 1800 they were forced to move to higher grounds because of the violence of the Ottoman rulers.

The city of Rethymno, about 12 km from the property, is the third largest city in Crete. A charming city with a winning combination of Venetian and Turkish influences. The narrow alleys create an almost mystical, and romantic atmosphere.
