As one of the pioneers in the Greek real estate industry, Finders has successfully managed five private equity funds, investing in high-quality properties with a focus on commercial and residential buildings, tourist destinations, and accommodation.
The company’s core expertise lies in acquiring, redeveloping, and remarketing investment properties, primarily in Athens since its inception. However, as of 2022, Finders has expanded its scope by co-investing in the reconstruction of targeted buildings within its portfolio to convert them into service apartment hotels.
With extensive experience in managing thousands of square meters of property in Athens and Crete, as well as a deep understanding of the diverse range of properties available, Finders is confident in its ability to deliver an exceptional visitor experience while serving as a reliable resource for prospective real estate investors in Greece.

Founder & CEO
“The best investments are not the obvious ones. They are the ones that require foresight.”
Amir Mamou is an entrepreneur, real estate developer, and strategic business leader recognized for his ability to identify hidden value in assets and markets where others see limited potential.
With a multidisciplinary background spanning finance, law, and business strategy, Amir approaches real estate not simply as property acquisition, but as a process of strategic value creation.
As the Founder & CEO of Finders he has built a vertically integrated platform that transforms underutilized properties into high-performing, institutional-grade real estate assets.
His investment philosophy is simple and powerful:
“Every asset holds hidden potential, the key is knowing how to unlock it.”
Through a hands-on leadership approach, Amir remains closely involved in the full lifecycle of each project, from opportunity sourcing and investment structuring to concept development, branding, and long-term asset positioning.
His ability to combine disciplined financial thinking with creative strategic vision has enabled the successful development of projects across the residential, hospitality, and mixed-use sectors.
A defining example of this approach is the Vision Greece hospitality portfolio in Athens, where overlooked urban properties were transformed into award-winning hospitality assets, combining thoughtful design, operational excellence, and strong market positioning. Amir often emphasizes a principle that reflects his broader philosophy toward investment and growth:
“Real estate value is rarely created at the moment of purchase. It is created through vision, execution, and the ability to see what a property can become.”
Today, through Finders, he works closely with international investors, family offices, and strategic partners seeking access to high-potential opportunities in the Greek real estate market.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we maintained uninterrupted operations, allowing us to carry on with our regular activities and make effective use of our investors’ capital. Additionally, we successfully launched two new funds.
We created the “In Greece” fund, which invested the fund’s capital in the acquisition of various commercial buildings in prime areas of Athens.
We opened our second office in Athens, Greece. During this period, we made our first major acquisition by purchasing a commercial property. Our investment strategy centered on iconic buildings situated in prime locations throughout the region.
We initiated our exploration of the real estate market in Athens, focusing on market research aimed at developing a portfolio of commercial properties and residential apartments.
We launched our inaugural office in Greece, located in Rethymno, Crete, where we made our initial investments in villas.
