Gazi Hospitality Development Project

Finders managed the project from concept to operation, delivering a comprehensive range of services throughout the entire investment and development lifecycle. The company’s involvement included identifying the investment opportunity, coordinating the acquisition of the mixed-use property, managing the change-of-use process, overseeing licensing procedures, coordinating architectural and engineering studies, supervising the structural reinforcement and redevelopment works, and preparing the property for hospitality operation.

The 1,448 m² building was successfully repositioned into a contemporary aparthotel comprising 20 fully serviced luxury apartments, including a premium penthouse duplex, a rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the Acropolis, a jacuzzi and a fully equipped fitness area for guests.

Following completion, Finders successfully launched and operated the property, establishing it as a high-quality hospitality asset in the Athens market. The project received international recognition through industry awards in the Urban Hotel and Aparthotel categories, highlighting the quality of its design, development and overall guest experience.
