Located in a central Athens neighbourhood, close to the National Archaeological Museum, Pedion Areos Park, restaurants and theatres, this development was initiated and developed by Finders as part of its hospitality and real estate investment portfolio.

Finders identified and facilitated the acquisition of the property, coordinated the architectural planning and contributed to the sales strategy and subsequent property sales.

The planned development spans approximately 1,035.76 sqm and was designed to accommodate 17 serviced apartments, complemented by shared hospitality facilities and a rooftop offering views towards the Acropolis.

The concept was developed around a contemporary serviced-apartment model, combining independent living with hospitality-oriented services, including reception, concierge and housekeeping.

The project highlights Finders’ integrated approach to real estate, combining property sourcing and acquisition with architectural planning, development strategy and sales.
