Vision Greece, a growing brand managed by Finders, is rapidly expanding into the Athens real estate market. Backed by five private Israeli funds, totaling €50 million, Vision, managed by Amir Mamou since 2014, focuses on creating and managing high-quality accommodation in strategic locations in Athens, as well as Crete.
Vision Omonia is the first example of this strategy. The hybrid hotel, which opened at the intersection of Chalkokondyli and 3rd September Streets, was reborn from an old building and features 42 rooms and suites, ranging in size from 26 to 60 square meters. At the same time, the hotel was strengthened with the addition of five more apartments, which are located next door, on 3rd September Street, increasing its total capacity to 47 units.
Vision Omonia is not just a hotel, but represents a new tourism model, characterized by more personalized services, while maintaining affordable prices for a wider audience. It offers amenities such as a rooftop pool with views of the Acropolis, a gym, conference rooms and a restaurant. According to the Vision Greece website, the ambition is to make Vision Omonia the first of a series of accommodations in the center of Athens that will allow guests to discover the authentic side of the city.
Vision Greece continues its expansion with new properties in Athens. Vision Gazi, which is expected to open next month, consists of 20 apartments, 14 of which have already been sold to private individuals, mainly from Israel. These apartments are managed by Vision for short-term rentals through platforms such as Expedia and Booking.com, with owners enjoying a return on investment (ROI) of 7%-9% per year, as well as free accommodation for 5-7 days each year. Vision Greece purchased the building for 1.2 million euros, while investing another 1.5 million euros in its reconstruction.
