Another hotel is set to open near Omonia Square. The 4-star Vision Omonia will launch after the transformation of a seven-story former office building (constructed in 1955) into a hotel at the corner of Chalkokondyli 36 and 3rd September Streets.

A Transformation by Finders
The former office building being converted into the Vision Omonia hotel was acquired by real estate investment company Finders, owned by Israeli investor Amir Mamou. Since 2014, Mamou has been purchasing buildings in Athens, focusing on the Omonia area.
