Vision Lavraga, in the Kolonos area of Athens, showcases the transformation of a modern building, a former printing house, into a modern tourist accommodation of high standards. Finders has assumed full ownership, construction and supervision of the project, while Vision – Hosts of Superior Living manages its operation, providing reception, cleaning and guest care services according to international standards. The accommodation includes 11 apartments / suites, with flexible layouts that offer comfort and ergonomics, suitable for both short stays and longer stays.
Although the building itself is not historic, Lavraga Street bears the name of the distinguished Greek composer Dionysios Lavraga, connecting the area with the cultural heritage of Athens. This name gives the area a cultural character, reinforcing the branding of the accommodation: VisionLavraga is not only a place to stay, but also a point of cultural interest, part of a broader strategic renewal that connects musical tradition with the modern urban experience.
The architectural approach preserved elements of the industrial character of the former printing house, while incorporating modern lines and materials, creating spaces that balance urban elegance and functionality. The interior design, curated by Vasilis Papadias, highlights clean geometries, bright surfaces and custom-made furniture, offering an environment that combines simplicity, warmth and high aesthetics.
