Vision Gazi is harmoniously integrated into the vibrant Gazi neighborhood in the center of Athens, highlighting the dynamic and creative character of the area. The building, originally an outdated office space, was completely transformed by Finders, which took over the ownership, construction and supervision of the project. Today, it offers 20 modern apartments / suites, ranging in size from 30 to 67 sq m, with its operation starting in November 2024. Its operational support, from reception to housekeeping, is carried out by Vision – Hosts of Superior Living, a Finders company established to manage all the group’s tourist properties.
The architectural study of the project belongs to Pieris Architects, while Vasilis Papadias has curated the interior design, creating spaces that combine clean geometry, brightness and modern urban aesthetics. Surrounded by cafes, bars, shops and important cultural landmarks, such as the Benaki Museum and the old gasworks, Vision Gazi is part of an area that remains a center of cultural and creative activity in Athens. The aluminum cladding facade, which refers to a barcode, combined with the fluid forms of the floors, creates a distinctive architectural identity that speaks to the post-industrial character of Gazi.
The static design of the building ensures the complete safety and stability of the load-bearing structure, with technical solutions that enhance durability and functionality. The choice of materials, thermal break frames and thermal facade contribute to overall energy efficiency, while recycling practices and the use of ecological cleaning products align with the company’s ESG strategy, reducing the environmental footprint.
