The Vision Omonia is the first project from an Israeli investment company aiming to create a new landmark in the capital.
A new addition, set to provide a revitalizing boost to the Omonia area, is on its way.
The Vision Omonia, currently in its final stages of preparation, is expected to open around Easter at the corner of Chalkokondyli 36 and 3rd September Streets in a completely transformed building.
Israeli investor Amir Mamou began purchasing properties in Athens during one of the most challenging periods for the local real estate market in 2014. Over time, he has built a substantial portfolio of residential, commercial, and tourism properties, primarily through his investment company, Finders, and other investment vehicles that attract additional capital.
In recent years, Finders has been gradually redeveloping and repurposing select properties from this portfolio into serviced apartments. Vision Omonia is the first project under the Vision brand, bringing Mamou’s vision for the Greek capital to life.
The hotel will feature:
One of the hotel’s standout features is its artistic concept. Each of the seven floors is dedicated to one of seven different artists, and every room hosts a piece of artwork by the artist of that floor. Guests even have the option to purchase these artworks, allowing them to take a part of their Athenian experience home.
