The most notable milestone for Finders in 2024 is the grand opening of its first hotel, Vision Omonia, a major achievement that not only marks a significant expansion of its services but also cements its position as a leading player in the hospitality industry
Finders took a notable leap by launching Vision Greece, a new organization dedicated to the development of innovative hospitality concepts. The previous year, Finders broadened its horizons by co-investing in the renovation of select buildings, converting them into serviced apartment hotels. This strategic initiative highlighted the company’s capacity to respond to evolving market dynamics and seize new opportunities. Additionally, two private funds were created to further support these endeavors.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we maintained uninterrupted operations, allowing us to carry on with our regular activities and make effective use of our investors’ capital. Additionally, we successfully launched two new funds.
We created the “In Greece” fund, which invested the fund’s capital in the acquisition of various commercial buildings in prime areas of Athens.
We opened our second office in Athens, Greece. During this period, we made our first major acquisition by purchasing a commercial property. Our investment strategy centered on iconic buildings situated in prime locations throughout the region.
We initiated our exploration of the real estate market in Athens, focusing on market research aimed at developing a portfolio of commercial properties and residential apartments.
We launched our inaugural office in Greece, located in Rethymno, Crete, where we made our initial investments in villas.
